Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended and consolidated without notice, and any funds held in the duplicate account(s) may be forfeited.
4.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. EpicToto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 You must notify EpicToto support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
4.4 EpicToto reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 In compliance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, EpicToto is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal request.
5.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: (a) a government-issued photo ID (national MyKad, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months); (c) proof of payment method (screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing your name).
5.3 Failure to submit requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
5.4 EpicToto reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence (EDD) documentation for high-value accounts or where suspicious transaction patterns are identified.
6.1 The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform for commercial purposes, syndicate betting, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited without our prior written consent.
6.2 You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws of your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for all bets, wagers, and transactions made through your Account.
6.3 EpicToto reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close any Account that, in our reasonable assessment, poses a risk to platform integrity, other players, or our operational obligations under applicable licensing terms.
6.4 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for any financial loss incurred through use of the Platform.
7.1.1 All deposits must be made through approved payment channels listed on the Platform. Approved methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 7.1.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the point of transaction. EpicToto does not charge fees on most deposit methods; network fees applicable to cryptocurrency deposits are solely the Player's responsibility.
7.1.3 EpicToto will not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds received from an unverified third-party source will be returned and the Account reviewed.
7.2.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative verified method may be used subject to EpicToto approval.
7.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. EpicToto targets the following indicative processing times: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are targets and not guaranteed processing times.
7.2.3 EpicToto reserves the right to request additional verification or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory compliance with AML obligations.
8.1 All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by EpicToto are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. These promotional terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games will be clearly stated for each bonus at the point of opt-in.
8.3 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winings derived from bonus funds, after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
8.4 EpicToto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where required to do so for regulatory, commercial, or operational reasons. 8.5 Systematic abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated bonus hedging — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of related bonus funds and winnings.

9.2 EpicToto reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation.
9.3 Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed within each relevant betting interface. EpicToto reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual Accounts at its sole discretion.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:

12.2 EpicToto does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
12.3 EpicToto's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
13.1 EpicToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached this Agreement; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes; (c) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; or (d) responsible gambling obligations require protective action.
13.2 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

15.3 Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
16.1 EpicToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
